This series of outdoor disconnectors meet the relevant provisions of GB1985 AC High-voltage Disconnectors and Earthing Switches, IEC60129 AC Disconnectors and Earthing Switches, and GB/T11022 Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards.
Structural features:
The single pole of each disconnector consists of two post insulators, which are respectively fixed on a base, and the intersection angle is 50 ° to form a V-shaped structure, which mainly consists of the following parts: base part, post insulator, wiring base part, contact part, grounding knife, grounding static contact, terminal, etc.
The disconnector is divided into three types: ungrounded, single grounded and double grounded. There is a mechanical interlock between the main shaft and the grounding knife, and auxiliary switch is provided. The switch can be operated manually or electrically. The disconnector has the following characteristics:
1. It can rotate flexibly and open and close freely. Due to the use of rolling bearing transmission, it is more flexible and labor-saving in the process of rotation.
2. It is driven by bevel gear mechanism to ensure that the opening and closing actions of the two columns are consistent.
3. The opening and closing limit device ensures that the contact is in the proper position. At the same time, the handle is buckled by the lock ring after operation to avoid free opening and closing under the action of unconscious external force, thus ensuring the reliability of opening and closing position.
4. The contact opening distance is large, and there is enough insulation isolation fracture to ensure its safety.
5. There are three ways of grounding and non-grounding. There is reliable mechanical interlocking between the main shaft and grounding to ensure safety. Users can select the grounding mode according to their needs.
6. According to the user's convenience, the operating mechanism can be installed under any pole, with the same operating effect.
