Product Introduction

XGN15-12 modular AC metal-enclosed ring-network switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring-network cabinet) is a new high-voltage electrical product that we have successfully designed and developed in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural power and urban network transformation after introducing foreign excellent technology. All technical performance indicators comply with IEC62271-2003 and GB3906 standards.

The main switch, operating mechanism and components of the ring-network cabinet shall be the SFL-12/24 switchgear originally manufactured by foreign companies or assembled domestically, or the foreign company's original HAD/US SF6 can be equipped according to the user's needs. Circuit breaker or VD4-S vacuum circuit breaker. Its operation mode is divided into dynamic and electric.

The cabinet body is riveted after being processed by CNC machine tool, with the protection grade of IP3X, and has reliable mechanical interlocking and anti-misoperation functions. This product has the characteristics of small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, simple operation, long life, high parameters, no pollution, less maintenance, etc.

XGN15-12 modular AC metal-enclosed ring-network switchgear is applicable to the AC 50Hz, 12kV power network as the acceptance and distribution of electric energy. The main switch in the cabinet is SF6 switch.

Working conditions

Structural features

◇ The cabinet body is welded with angle steel.

◇ The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, which is convenient for installation, commissioning and maintenance. VS1 circuit breaker is equipped as standard, and pressure release channel is set to ensure personal safety.

◇ Reliable rotary isolating switch can be used to safely enter the circuit breaker room for maintenance when the main bus is electrified.

◆ Type K and A operation structure

◇ K-type mechanism: K-type mechanism is a single-spring mechanism used for the closing and opening operation of load switch. The closing and opening of the switch is realized through the dead point of spring energy storage. K-type mechanism can be electrically operated by selecting motor.

◇ Type A mechanism: Type A mechanism is a double-spring mechanism, one of which is used for switch closing and the other is used for switch opening. Before the switch is closed with the closing spring, it should be placed in the energy storage state. After the closing operation, the opening will be automatically placed in the energy storage state. Therefore, manual, shunt trip coil or fuse striker can be used to trip.

◆ SFL-12/24 switchgear

The main components of SFL12/24 switchgear are original parts. The switchgear is double-break, three-position, rotary movable contact, and SF6 gas is used as arc extinguishing medium. The moving contact is placed in the die-cast epoxy resin shell of the reinforced structure.

Each switch is permanently sealed after being filled with 0.4bar SF6 gas. Helium detector can be used to check whether there is gas leakage. The switch is installed vertically and horizontally. The typical installation method in the ring main cabinet is to place a steel plate between the cable room and the bus room and install it horizontally. This installation method isolates the bus and cable joints to meet the most stringent safety requirements for operation and maintenance. If the internal arcing occurs, there is a structural weakness at the rear of the shell, which will be washed away. Then the arc relief valve above the cabinet opens and directs the overpressure air flow outside the cabinet. ◇ Dual-function operating mechanism: type A - switch function

◇ Grounding switch function

The operating lever is used to independently conduct the opening and closing operation, and the operating energy is provided by the compression spring, which is released. Make the contact quickly close or open.

The switchgear has the following interlocks:

1. When the load switch is in the closing position, the grounding switch operation is locked;

2. When the grounding switch is in the closing position, the load switch operation is locked;

3. Only when the grounding switch is closed can the front door of the ring-network cabinet be opened. In other cases, the front door is locked.

operation

For the switchgear equipped with load switch, use the special operating handle to operate on the front of the switchgear. The front of the operating mechanism has upper and lower operating holes, the upper part is the grounding switch operating hole, and the lower part is the load switch operating hole. During operation, clockwise rotation of the handle is the closing direction of the switch, and counterclockwise rotation is the opening direction of the switch. Electric opening and closing devices can also be installed for remote control. (Note: sometimes the load switch is not equipped with a grounding switch, and the operating hole of the grounding switch is used for unlocking the cabinet door).

For the switchgear equipped with combined electrical appliances, the operation sequence is the same as above, except that the manual opening button is used for the opening operation of the load switch. The lower grounding switch additionally set in the combined electrical cabinet is opened and closed with the upper grounding switch through the connecting rod. When closing, release the residual small current on the lower fuse base to improve the safety when replacing the breaker.
