Product Introduction

KYN61-40.5 (Z) armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete indoor power distribution device with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It can control, protect and detect the circuit, and can also be used in places with frequent operation. The switchgear complies with GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997.

Working conditions

◇ Ambient air temperature: upper limit temperature+40 ℃, lower limit temperature - 15 ℃.

◇ Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%,

◇ Daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2kPa;

◇ Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%,

◇ Monthly average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kPa;

◇ Altitude: below 1000m. ◇ Seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees.

◇ The surrounding air shall not be obviously polluted by corrosive or combustible gas, water vapor, etc.

◇ There is no place with severe vibration.

◇ When it is used under normal conditions beyond the provisions of GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate

Structural features

◇ The cabinet structure adopts the assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor-type structure;

◇ New composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker shall be equipped with good interchangeability and easy replacement;

◇ The handcart frame is equipped with a screw nut pushing mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent damage to the pushing structure due to misoperation;

◇ Operation can be carried out when the cabinet door is closed;

◇ The interlocking between the main switch, handcart and switch cabinet door adopts the forced mechanical locking mode to meet the "five prevention" function;

◇ The cable room has sufficient space to connect multiple cables;

◇ Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short circuit;

◇ The enclosure protection level is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the door of the handcart room is open;

◇ The product conforms to GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and international IEC-298 standards.
