HXGN □ - 12 series AC metal ring-network switchgear is a compact and expandable metal-enclosed ring-network switchgear with FLN □ - 12 type SF6 load switch as the main switch and the whole cabinet is air insulated and suitable for distribution automation. It is characterized by simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking and convenient installation. Technical solutions can be provided for different applications and different user requirements.

The main switch of HXGN □ - 12 series AC metal ring network switchgear is the FLN36-12 type produced by our company or the SFG type SF6 load switch produced by foreign companies. It can also be equipped with VS1 type, VD4/S type, ISM type vacuum circuit breaker or HD4/S5 type SF6 circuit breaker according to the needs of users. The load switch and circuit breaker can be operated manually or electrically. The power distribution automation function can be realized after the electric operating mechanism, PT, CT, FTU and communication device are selected.

Working conditions

Install the structure and basic components of the circuit breaker cabinet

Basic structure:

HXGN □ - 12 circuit breaker cabinet is mainly used for the incoming cabinet as the main or standby power supply in the loop network power supply system and the intermediate section cabinet of the dual power supply system. The circuit breaker can be VS1, VD4/S, ISM vacuum circuit breaker or HD4/S SF6 circuit breaker, with slightly different overall dimensions. The circuit breaker cabinet is composed of instrument room, bus room, load (isolation) switch room, circuit breaker room and cable room from top to bottom. CT, PT, lightning arrester, grounding switch and relay protection device can be configured according to user's needs, with reliable "five prevention" interlocking function.

The operating mechanism of VS1 vacuum circuit breaker is spring energy storage type, which can be operated by AC or DC, or manually. It is the domestic vacuum circuit breaker with large consumption at present. Its leading electrical circuit and operating mechanism are designed integrally, with stable quality and reliable performance. Composite insulation of main electrical circuit, small size. It can be installed in handcart or fixed mode. Corresponding to 630A rated current specification, the rated short-circuit breaking current is up to 25kA.

VD4/S type vacuum circuit breaker or HD4/S type SF6 circuit breaker is specially designed by Italian companies for ring network switchgear, and its breaking capacity is sufficient to cope with various states, including normal switching equipment or branch network operation and breaking short circuit current under special circumstances. These two types of circuit breakers A, B and C are longitudinally arranged, easy to install, small in size and light in weight. The rated short-circuit breaking current reaches 25kA.

German ISM permanent magnetic mechanism vacuum circuit breaker is a scientific and technological product specially designed for the installation of 10kV ring-network cabinet, with the new technical level of high-voltage switch in the 21st century. Its permanent magnetic operating mechanism is an electromagnetic device with electronic control, online detection elements and permanent magnetic retention.

Other cabinet types

Bus connection cabinet

The bus connection cabinet is used for connecting cables and buses. The cabinet is equipped with cable clamps for fixing cables. It can also be equipped with current transformer, lightning arrester and other components. The cabinet width is 375mm or 500mm.

Bus section cabinet

The bus sectioning cabinet is always used together with the bus lifting cabinet. The basic cabinet is 375mm wide and equipped with a FLN36-12 or FLN48-12 or SFG three-position SF6 load switch for bus sectioning.

Bus lifting cabinet

The busbar lifting cabinet connects the busbar with the bottom of the section cabinet with load switch. When the cabinet is 500mm wide, it can be used as a metering cabinet. Metering cabinet

The metering cabinet is used to measure the voltage, current and power. The front door and the lower door are equipped with special lead blocking for the convenience of the lead sealing of the power supply department. Dual power incoming cabinet

The equipment is composed of two electric load switch counters and a complete set of standby automatic switching devices. In order to realize the automatic switching function of the system, in addition to the traditional PT acquisition voltage, the system also introduces the live display verification mode, and the equipment can be set to the following two working modes according to the actual situation:

*Incoming line is one main and one standby

*Two incoming lines are standby for each other

DJD-1 type short circuit grounding fault indicator uses logic circuit to realize overcurrent alarm and delay reset functions, and can also be reset manually. Three short circuit fault sensors are installed on the three-phase power cable, one ground fault sensor is installed on the three-core cable, the display unit is fixed on the panel of the switch cabinet, and the sensor and the display unit are connected by optical fiber or cable. The short circuit grounding fault indicator helps the line patrol personnel to quickly determine the fault section, remove the fault in time, and shorten the time of fault outage.

Condensation controller

The condensation controller consists of temperature (humidity) sensor, control unit and heater. When the ambient temperature (humidity) reaches the preset range, the control unit will start the heating circuit. It monitors the temperature and humidity of the installation environment of the switch cabinet in real time, so that the ambient temperature index meets the working requirements and can effectively prevent condensation. Typical technical parameters of condensation controller are as follows:

FTU and communication device

HXGN □ - 12 series AC metal ring network switchgear can be configured with DAT-1L and other models of distribution automation terminal (feeder automation terminal unit, FTU), and the switchgear can be incorporated into the data acquisition and monitoring system (SCADA system) of the distribution automation system through the optical fiber communication system to realize the remote control, telemetry and remote signaling functions of the switchgear. With the master station software, it can also realize the functions of fault isolation, recovery and network reconstruction of the distribution network.

DAT-1L distribution automation terminal

The main functions of a typical DAT-1L distribution automation terminal are as follows:

Information acquisition and processing function: including 48 channels of remote signaling, 8 channels of telemetry, 8 channels of remote control and 1 channel of DC. Parameter setting function: it has the function of parameter remote setting and local setting.

Time synchronization function: receive commands from the master station or sub-station and keep synchronization with the system clock.

Equipment self-diagnosis and self-recovery function: regularly detect internal important chips, inform the sub-station or master station of errors and reflect internal working conditions; Power-on and software self-recovery function; It has watchdog to monitor the running status of the program.

Fault detection function: It can quickly detect the fault and actively report the fault information and nature to the master station or sub-station for fault isolation. It includes zero-sequence overvoltage detection, line overload detection and line three-phase overcurrent detection.
