transformer

Low-loss, oil-immersed, fully-sealed S9, S10, S11 series transformers can be selected for the intelligent integrated substation. Resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environment-friendly dry-type transformers can also be selected. Trolley can be equipped at the bottom, and the transformer can be easily accessed.

HV side

The high voltage of the intelligent integrated substation is generally protected by the combination of load switch and fuse. After one phase of the fuse is fused, the three-phase linkage trip will occur. The load switch can be selected in the form of compressed air, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride, etc., and can be equipped with electric operating mechanism to realize automatic upgrading; The fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with impactor, reliable action and large breaking capacity. Low voltage side

The low-voltage side main switch adopts universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection; The outlet switch is a new molded case switch with small volume, short flashover and up to 30 loops; The intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device has contactor and contactless switching modes for users to choose.

Installation, use and maintenance

In addition to the provisions required by the power department, the following items shall be noted in the aspects of installation, acceptance, handover test, operation and maintenance of intelligent integrated substation:

The user shall carefully check the goods according to relevant regulations when receiving them. For products that are not installed immediately, they shall be stored in appropriate places according to normal use conditions.

The product shall be lifted at the bottom of the special sling, as shown in Figure 3.

The product is placed horizontally on the prepared foundation, and then the gap between the product base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room. The high and low voltage cables are connected through the bottom sealing plates of the high and low voltage rooms.

The product shall be reliably grounded after installation; The two main grounding terminals on the channel steel of the power station base, the transformer neutral point and shell, and the lower pile head of the lightning arrester shall be grounded by the installation department respectively.

The grounding shall share a set of grounding devices, and its grounding resistance shall be less than 4 Ω. The grounding lead from the grounding grid to the product shall be no less than two.

After installation or maintenance, the following items shall be inspected and tested before putting into operation:

Whether the substation is clean;

Whether the operating mechanism is flexible;

Whether the main electrical appliances are flexible and reliable;

Whether the making and breaking of electrical auxiliary contacts are reliable and accurate;

Whether the meter and relay actions are accurate;

◇ Whether the transformation ratio and wiring polarity of instrument and transformer are correct;

◇ Whether the electrical installation nuts are tightened and whether the installation is firm and reliable;

◇ Whether the bus is well connected, and whether its supporting insulators and clamps are installed reliably;

◇ Whether the setting value of the electrical appliance meets the requirements and whether the fuse core specification is correct:

◇ Whether the contacts of main circuit and auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of electrical schematic diagram.

◆ Maintenance

◇ The components in the product shall be maintained according to their respective technical requirements:

◇ If the selected transformer is oil-immersed, oil sample analysis and inspection shall be conducted at least once a year according to regulations;

◇ After 20 times of on-load or 2000 times of no-load opening and closing operations, the high-voltage side switchgear in operation should be checked for the contact condition and the loss of the arc extinguishing device, and should be repaired or replaced in time in case of any abnormality.

◇ After automatic tripping of low-voltage switchgear, check and analyze the cause of tripping, and put it into operation again after troubleshooting;

◇ The lightning arrester shall undergo a preventive test before the thunderstorm season every year;

*The product is attached with packing list, certificate of conformity, installation and operation instructions, electrical wiring diagram, and instructions for main components and equipment used in the product, key operation tools and spare parts provided according to the agreement.
