HXGN17-12 box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as ring-network cabinet) has a rated voltage of 12kv. AC high voltage complete electrical equipment with rated frequency of 50Hz is mainly used for three-phase AC loop network, terminal distribution network and industrial electrical equipment to receive and distribute electric energy. It is also suitable for equipping box-type substation.

◆ Packaging, storage and transportation

◇ The ring-network cabinet is packed in a single wooden case when leaving the factory. Overturning, inversion and severe vibration are not allowed during storage and transportation. It is not allowed to push or pull directly on the ground when moving; When there is no lifting device, the cylinder can be padded under the sleeper of the packing box to slide it to the installation position.

◇ Prevent the cabinet from rain and moisture.

◇ The ring-network cabinet should be placed in a place with good ventilation and can prevent the invasion of various harmful gases. It is forbidden to store chemicals, acids and alkalis in the same warehouse.

◆ Acceptance

◇ Check whether the package is damaged before unpacking, and pay attention to protect the product when unpacking.

2.2 Inspect the appearance of the cabinet; At the same time, check whether the components in the cabinet are damaged and whether the accessories are consistent with the packing list.

◆ During installation, first place the ring-network cabinet on the installation foundation, arrange it in order, debug it, and then fasten it with fasteners.

◆ When installing the main bus, open the bus room for installation. The contact surface of the connecting bus should be flat and free of dirt.

◆ The grounding of the ring-network cabinet shall be reliably grounded, and the circuit inspection shall be conducted for the grounding.

◆ Commissioning shall be carried out according to the operating instructions of the ring-network cabinet and the instructions of the components in the cabinet.

◆ After installation and commissioning, operate each switch element and anti-misoperation mechanism for 5 times. If no abnormality is found, the switch mechanical operation is considered normal. Use and troubleshooting

◆ Inspection before power transmission

Before power transmission, the ring-network cabinet shall comprehensively check the electrical performance, insulation level and wiring correctness of the components in the cabinet, and can be put into operation only after checking that everything is normal.

◆ Normal operation status

During normal operation, no matter the incoming cabinet or outgoing cabinet, the load switch shall be in the closing position, the grounding switch shall be in the opening position, and the cabinet body shall be in the closed and locked state.

◆ Fault handling

◇ In case of fault maintenance of the incoming cabinet, cut off the incoming power supply first, open the load switch, and check the live display on the cabinet. After confirmation, close the grounding switch and open the door for maintenance.

◇ In case of fault maintenance of the outgoing cabinet, the load switch in the cabinet should be disconnected first, the grounding switch should be closed, and the front door should be opened for maintenance. At this time, the main bus is in a live state. maintenance and overhaul

◆ The ring-network cabinet needs to be maintained and repaired under the following conditions;

A. Check the insulation level of the product after 5 years of operation;

B. After the load switch has been disconnected for 100 times, the main circuit resistance, the work of the load switch, the static contact and the auxiliary contact shall be checked.

◆ Generally, the ring-network cabinet should be maintained and repaired after power failure.
