DTU-900 distribution automation terminal is a new product developed for more and more widely used ring-network cabinets, switching stations and other places. It uses a new high-voltage switch control device combining high-speed sampling chip and 32-bit high-speed control chip, which can quickly and stably complete the monitoring of high-voltage switches. It integrates protection, measurement, control, monitoring, communication, movement and other functions, and has the characteristics of high integration, flexible configuration and friendly interface.

It is widely used in radial power supply and ring network power supply system, which can help the system identify transient and permanent faults of the line, automatically eliminate the impact of transient faults on the line, isolate the permanent fault section, avoid long-term large-scale power failure, and automatically recover the power supply of the non-fault section, thus realizing the distribution automation economically and practically.

DTU-900 three-remote distribution automation terminal device takes high-performance 32-bit microprocessor as the hardware development platform, and efficient embedded real-time operation as the software development platform. It has the following distinctive technical features:

◆ Unified core public platform

◇ Platform: a unified embedded software and hardware combination platform (the CPU uses the self-developed 32-bit motherboard, the hardware platform with the main frequency of 240MHZ and the software platform of the embedded multitask real-time operating system), which supports high-speed Ethernet bus and CAN bus, and has a large interface capacity.

◇ Storage: large-capacity FALSH and RAM can record the location, incident tele-signal displacement SOE and other event sequence records, extreme value record data, and local storage for not less than 1 month, and support the supplementary upload of historical data.

◆ Diversified configuration of communication mode and communication protocol

◇ It has 4 RS232/RS485 interfaces, baud rate 300-115200bps, 2 Ethernet ports, and supports 101, 104 and other protocols.

◇ Hardware configuration: independent communication management module. The hardware configuration supports main and standby interchangeability and redundancy design.

◇ Software configuration: supports multiple communication modes and protocols, and can communicate with multiple master stations at different levels at the same time.

◆ Flexible configuration of remote signaling, remote control and telemetry

◇ Truly modular design, three remote function modules are standard and universal, and the damage of any module will not affect the operation of other modules and systems.

◇ The number of three remote control points is within the upper limit capacity of the measurement and control unit, and the three remote control function module can be expanded as required. The number of three remote points exceeds the upper limit capacity of the measurement and control unit, and the function module can be expanded through the expansion bus.

◆ Intelligent power management

◇ Real-time power monitoring, AC power loss and battery undervoltage alarm.

◇ Online battery management, supporting manual, automatic and remote activation.

◇ Battery charge and discharge protection, automatically cut off the battery power supply when it is lower than the discharge cut-off point.

◇ It can provide various working power supplies for terminals, communication equipment, remote signaling and remote control, with output short circuit protection. Support access to lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries.
