Product Introduction
XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises in three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltage of 500 V and below. XL-21 low-voltage power distribution box is installed against the wall of indoor device and maintained in front of the screen.
structure characteristics
XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a closed type, the shell is made of steel plate, and the operating handle of knife switch is installed on the upper part of the right column in front of the box, which can be used for switching power. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the bus. There is a door in front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the distribution box will be open and easy for maintenance. The distribution box adopts domestic self-designed type components, featuring compact structure, convenient maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes. In addition to air circuit breaker and fuse as short circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactor and thermal relay. The front door of the box can be equipped with operation button and indicator light.
Working conditions
◆ Ambient temperature: - 50 ℃~+40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed+36 ℃;
◆ Altitude: no more than 2000m;
◆ Relative humidity: not more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is+40 ℃;
◆ There can be high relative humidity under low humidity (for example, 90% at+20 ℃). Considering the change of temperature, it is allowed to produce moderate frosting;
◆ When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °. The equipment shall be installed in a place without severe vibration, impact and corrosion.
Use, maintenance and repair
After the power distribution box is installed or repaired, the following inspections and tests must be carried out before it is put into operation (the inspection and test after maintenance depends on the quality of its maintenance).
◆ Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring installed inside the power distribution cabinet meet the drawing requirements.
◆ Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible and free of jamming.
◆ Check whether the installed electrical equipment has good contact and meets the use requirements of the electrical equipment.
◆ Check whether there are other foreign matters inside the power distribution cabinet and whether the fastening screws of each part are loose.

Ordering instructions
The customer shall provide the following information when ordering:
◆ Primary line scheme and single-line system diagram;
◆ Secondary line expansion system diagram;
◆ Detailed specifications and data of various electrical equipment contained in each box;
◆ When ordering the B-type structure, the arrangement diagram and layout plan of the power distribution cabinet must be provided.
