XGN66-12 fixed enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring-network cabinet) is a complete set of new high-voltage electrical products of our company, which meets the requirements of the national standard GB3906 3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear, DLT404 Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgear, Ministry of Power, and the international standard IEC60298 Requirements for AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kV and below 52kV. This product has absorbed foreign technology and is small, only 50% of the volume of ordinary switchgear; The circuit breaker has high reliability and good performance; The "five prevention" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The ring-network cabinet is an indoor complete set of 3.6, 7.2 and 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single-bus sectionalized devices for receiving and distributing electric energy. It also has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit, which can be used in various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places, and can also be combined with the ring-network cabinet in the switching station.

Structural features
◇ The cabinet body is welded with angle steel.
◇ The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, which is convenient for installation, commissioning and maintenance. VS1 circuit breaker is equipped as standard, and pressure release channel is set to ensure personal safety.
◇ Reliable rotary isolating switch can be used to safely enter the circuit breaker room for maintenance when the main bus is electrified.
◇ The protection level of the whole cabinet is IP2X.
◇ It is equipped with a reliable and fully functional mandatory mechanical locking device, which is simple and effective to meet the "five prevention" requirements.
◇ Have reliable grounding system.
◇ An observation window is installed on the door to clearly observe the working status of the elements in the cabinet.
◇ The operating mechanism adopts the same J S X G N locking mechanism used in XGN2 - 12 cabinet, which is simple, reliable, convenient and practical.
◇ The incoming and outgoing cables are lower than the front of the cabinet, which is convenient for users to connect.

install
◆ Refer to the following figure for the installation of foundation. The foundation channel steel ground shall be 1-3mm, and the unevenness within each meter shall not exceed 1.5mm, and the total length shall not exceed 5mm.
◆ Place the switch cabinet on the foundation in order and adjust the installation position. Then use M12 bolts or spot welding to fix, and use M8 bolts between cabinets.
◆ Remove the rear cover plate and install the main bus and primary cable. The contact surface of the terminal should be cleaned and coated with neutral vaseline. After installation, plug the primary cable hole.
◆ Connect the indirect grounding bus of the cabinet to make it integrated along the arrangement direction of the switch cabinet. Check whether the working grounding and protective grounding are missing, whether the grounding circuit is continuous, and whether the working grounding resistance should not be greater than 1000 μ Ω, the protective grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 Ω.
◆ Install the secondary cable, the cable is led from the front bottom of the cabinet, enters the low-voltage room along the side wall, and is tapped on the terminal block; Or lead the low voltage room from the secondary small bus on the top of the cabinet, and plug the cable hole after installation.
◆ Clean the dust and sundries in the cabinet.
Put into operation
◆ The following inspection and commissioning shall be carried out before putting into operation:
◇ Check whether the model and specification of the electrical components installed in the cabinet are consistent according to the order requirements; Check whether fasteners are loose; Check whether the primary and secondary wiring is correct; Operate the disconnector, grounding switch, circuit breaker and mechanical interlock for 3 to 5 times, which shall be flexible and free of jamming. The interlock shall meet the requirements of "five preventions", and then add lubricating grease to the mechanical moving parts.
◇ Check the insulation level and circuit resistance of the switchgear and the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker according to Article 3 of this manual and the factory test report. The test results should be consistent with or similar to the factory test report.
maintenance and overhaul
◆ Users should regularly maintain and repair the switch cabinet, including:
◇ Clean the dust at all parts, especially the dust on the surface of insulating parts;
◇ Check the moving parts of the machine, and fill lubricating grease regularly to keep them flexible and reliable;
◇ The maintenance of circuit breaker, disconnector, grounding switch and other components shall be carried out according to their respective instructions;
◇ Check whether the electrical contact part is in good condition, whether there is overheating, and whether the grounding circuit is connected;
◇ Regularly check whether fasteners are tight.
