SRM □ - 12 series ring-network switchgear is a SF6 gas-insulated metal box-type enclosed switchgear, which can be composed of modules of load switch unit, load switch fuse combination unit, vacuum circuit breaker unit and bus incoming unit. It adopts a series of excellent technologies and materials, with excellent electrical and mechanical properties, small size, easy installation, easy operation, no maintenance, and flexible combination mode. Clear and intuitive design ensures simple and direct operation. The feeder wiring has large capacity and is suitable for various wiring systems.

The circuit breaker uses the load switch instead of the isolating switch, which is safer and more reliable. The fully closed design of the primary side provides protection against accidental contact, and the mechanical interlocking live display meeting the five-prevention requirements can provide the live indication of the incoming and outgoing lines. The operation is reliable: the fully closed design, the 10kV switch and the bus strip are sealed in the gas box welded by 3mm stainless steel plate; Equipped with silicon rubber cable plug, the cable head is fully insulated and sealed, so that the spring energy storage operating mechanism is not affected by dust, humidity, small animals and other external environment. The switch position indication cabinet can be provided by manual or electric operation panel analog line diagram. The cabinet body is made of galvanized sheet, and the surface is electrostatic sprayed to enhance the corrosion resistance. The pressure gauge monitors the safe pressure range of SF6 gas in the box.

Design description

SRM □ - 12 gas fully insulated fully enclosed ring-network switchgear is installed on a galvanized sheet frame, the switch unit is in SF6 gas box, and the gas box is made of corrosion-resistant and non-magnetic 3mm thick stainless steel plate. SF6 gas tank is a "sealed pressure system", which can operate for 20 years under normal working conditions. The pressure of SF6 gas under normal operation is 0.015~0.04MPa. The gas tank is equipped with a pressure relief device to ensure that the gas can be released from the bottom or rear when the pressure is too high.

Switch unit

The load switch adopts the coaxial rotating double breakpoint mode, and cooperates with the sliding plate through the same operating hole for functional operation. Therefore, the switch can only be in one of the three states of "closing, opening, and grounding" at any time, completely avoiding misoperation.

The pressure relief device and the cable chamber are separated by metal plates. If the pressure in the gas box is too high, the explosion-proof diaphragm in the device will break to release the pressure.

Operating mechanism

The operating mechanism of the switch is installed at the front of the outside of the air box. After special process treatment, it is rust-proof, convenient for manual operation and maintenance, and easy to realize electric operation. The operating mechanism can be spring mechanism or permanent magnetic operating mechanism.

Cable room and cable connection mode

The cable connection room has a large space, and the sleeve is of standard design to realize the cooperation with European standard cable plug. Under normal conditions, each load switch unit can be connected with 1~3 outgoing lines, and the design type can be connected with 4~6 outgoing lines. The vacuum circuit breaker unit can be connected with 1~2 outgoing lines. The sleeves with international standard and general specification (conforming to DIN47636 standard or American standard) are selected to facilitate the user to select corresponding cable accessories. The T-shaped front and rear cable plugs are used for connection. The European type bolts are fastened step by step. The front plug and sleeve are connected with M16 bolts. The cable connection mode can also be ordinary terminal block and heat-shrinkable sleeve.

The load switch unit can be equipped with T-shaped rear plug-in silicon rubber fully sealed metal zinc oxide arrester. When the number of cable loops is large and the space is not enough, π type rear plug-in lightning arrester can be used.

Fuse

It has the following advantages: SRM □ - 12 gas fully insulated fully enclosed loop-network switchgear fuse replacement is direct and simple. The fuse is placed in the insulating tube, which is located in the metal gas box of SF6. This design has the following advantages:

◆ Fuse cover and sealing device are at the weakest part of the electric field.

◆ No conductive substance can be attached to the fuse assembly.

◆ The part in SF6 gas is protected.

◆ The fuse cover does not need additional insulating spring energy storage operating mechanism and linkage tripping device to ensure that the three phases of the load switch are automatically disconnected at the same time when any phase fuse is blown.

Unit C

1. Load switch unit C

The switch can be divided into single-body, single-body double-bushing outgoing line, two-unit, three-unit, four-unit, five-unit standard type and bushing type with side incoming line. It adopts the structure of sharing one SF6 gas box, and does not need external bus connection between each unit. Therefore, the structure is relatively simple, easy to install and more safe; Although the integrated structure of air box is adopted, each unit still has an independent interval. More than six units are realized by using insulated bus in parallel cabinet, which can be turned back and forth or left and right. The cabinet type is standard type with bus bushing on the upper side.

Turn the switch operating handle counterclockwise for half a turn, pull out the replacement fuse, and align the hook position clockwise during installation.

F unit

1. Combined electrical unit

The combined electrical unit is used for transformer protection with capacity of 1250KV A and below. This unit is equipped with insulating sleeve that can be installed with fuse. The insulating sleeve is placed in the SF6 gas box to further improve its insulation performance. When the grounding switch is closed, the lower side of the fuse is grounded at the same time, and the safety isolation between the upper side of the fuse and the power supply is realized to ensure the safety of personnel when replacing the fuse. In order to ensure that the fuse will not cause the electrical equipment to run out of phase after one phase is fused, the unit is equipped with a trip linkage mechanism. When the trip observation window displays red, it means that the trip device acts or the fuse is blown and tripped. This unit can be combined with other units to realize ring network power supply.

Spring type vacuum circuit breaker is adopted, and the mechanical life can reach 1000 times; (The protection action is fast, and the opening time is not more than 30ms), which is easy to achieve differential coordination. Three-position load disconnector is adopted. The vacuum circuit breaker and the load switch are sealed together in the SF6 gas box made of 3mm thick stainless steel plate. The whole system is fully insulated, fully sealed and maintenance-free.
