YBD-12/0.4 series underground box-type substation (hereinafter referred to as underground box-type substation) is a newly developed box-type substation based on full research and discussion of modern urban construction and management. Its main body is partially or completely buried underground, covering little or no land. Its visual effect is very good. It effectively solves the contradiction between urban land tension and urban management. The product is harmonious and unified with the surrounding environment, and is highly praised by experts and users. Buried box-type substation refers to that the complete set of devices of the box-type substation are all installed in a fully sealed box and are set below the ground level. It is the same as the box-type substation on the ground. The internal equipment is also reduced from 10kV input voltage to 400/220V distribution voltage through the transformer and then sent to the use load point. It can be used for the ring network distribution system, and can also be used as the substation for power supply of the radial grid terminal. This fully buried type is also called underground substation. Its box body has excellent corrosion resistance and pressure resistance, and has absolute sealing.

Working conditions
1. Altitude: the altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
2. Ambient temperature: upper limit temperature+40 ℃ high and low temperature - 30 ℃;
3. Relative humidity: at 25 ℃, the relative air temperature shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average shall not exceed 90%;
4. Installation environment: the installation environment shall be free of obvious pollution, explosive, corrosive gas and dust. The installation site shall be free from severe vibration and impact and shall not be placed in low-lying places;
5. Service conditions: In addition to the above normal service conditions, other service conditions shall comply with the provisions of GB1094.1, GB/T11022, GB/T1404B. 1 and GB7251.1.
structure characteristics
The complete set of devices of the fully buried prefabricated substation are all installed in a fully sealed box, and the part inside the box is a high-voltage switch room, a transformer room, and a low-voltage switch room. Each room is equipped with lighting devices, locking switches, forced ventilation devices, temperature control, heaters and other equipment.
The above equipment is set below the ground level as a whole, and its internal equipment is the same as that of the conventional ground pre-installed substation. The 10kV input voltage is reduced to 400/220V distribution voltage through the transformer and then sent to the service load point. The key technology of this fully buried pre-installed substation is the tightness, corrosion resistance and compression resistance of the box, specifically:
1. The box body from the bottom to the wall body should be able to be buried underground for 50 years without any corrosion;
2. It shall withstand the extrusion and immersion of soil and underground water pressure, and the wall shall be kept intact;
3. The sealing points such as equipment access, personnel access and cable access must be able to withstand the seepage pressure of groundwater, and the interior of the wall should be free of water stains, and the interior of the wall should be kept dry and free of moisture.
In addition to meeting the above basic requirements, YBD-12 fully buried prefabricated substation also has three main functions:
1. The narrow end of the box is equipped with two water receiving tanks. In rainy days, rainwater can be quickly discharged into the sewer through the water receiving tank without entering the prefabricated substation;
2. In addition to the drainage function in rainy days, the sink is also the air inlet for circulating ventilation inside the box. The air enters the box through the air inlet to form exchange, which can maintain the balance of temperature and humidity inside the box and reduce the temperature rise of the transformer;
3. In case of a 50-year or 100-year flood, the rise of groundwater will cause the sewer to pour backward, and the water receiving tank cannot drain, the wind-energy device will automatically shut down to isolate the inside and outside of the box, and the prefabricated substation will continue to operate without affecting the equipment.
Performance benefits
At present, most of the substations in some cities in China are located in the basement of high-rise buildings. Once encountering heavy water, they are basically submerged, and most of the equipment is damaged and useless after the water recedes. If the fully buried prefabricated substation is used as the power distribution device, the equipment can be prevented from being soaked by flood. The fully buried prefabricated substation has the following advantages:
1. It can greatly save land, without land acquisition and civil engineering, and save capital construction investment.
2. There are no obstacles on the ground, which will not affect the environment and people's vision and view.
3. The fully buried type installed on the lawn and green belt can also design some decorative decorations on the ground, such as sculptures, rockeries, etc; If it is required to be near large squares and roads, if there is no obstacle on the ground (including ventilation pipes), the prefabricated substation of square type can be selected. This prefabricated substation vent can not be exposed to the ground plane.
4. The distribution equipment of the fully buried prefabricated substation is set underground, with high safety and reliability.
5. The ground is not affected by transformer noise.
6. Because the underground is relatively cool, the temperature rise of transformer is relatively stable during operation.
7. The internal space of the fully buried prefabricated substation is relatively spacious, and the maintenance operation will not interfere with the ground and will not interfere with the surrounding environment.
