◇ Installation height: the altitude shall not exceed 1000m;

◇ Waveform of power supply voltage: similar to sine wave;

◇ Symmetry of polyphase power supply voltage: the power supply voltage connected to the polyphase transformer should be approximately symmetrical.

◇ Ambient temperature: high temperature+40 ℃; Daily average high temperature+30 ℃; Annual average high temperature+20 ℃; Low temperature - 30 ℃ (applicable to indoor transformer).

◆ Iron core

The iron core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity and fine grain orientation, 45 full oblique step joints, the iron core is made of special square tube pull plate structure, the core column is bound with insulating tape, and the iron core surface is coated with special resin to prevent moisture and rust, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current and iron core noise.

◆ Foil coil

Low-voltage winding adopts the whole section of copper foil, which is wound on the special low-voltage foil winding machine together with Class F turn insulation. Foil coil can solve the problems of high short circuit stress, unbalanced ampere-turn, poor heat dissipation, winding spiral angle and unstable manual welding quality of low voltage and high current coil wire wound products. At the same time, the winding end of our company is sealed with resin, solidified, moisture-proof and antifouling.

◆ Temperature control device

The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer, and the temperature measuring element is buried in the upper part of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and display the working humidity of each three-phase coil. It also has overtemperature alarm and trip functions.
