GCK ow-voltage draw-out switch cabinet is widely used in power plants, metallurgical steel rolling, petrochemical, light industry and textile, ports and wharves, buildings and hotels and other places as power distribution and motor centralized control in AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire power supply systems with voltage of 380V, 660V, frequency of 50Hz and rated current of 5000A and below.

GCK is a low-voltage switchgear assembled after comprehensive type test, and its design meets the following standards:

International standard IEC60439.1-1992 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear

Working conditions

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than+40 ℃, not lower than - 5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than+35 ℃;

◆ The relative temperature shall not exceed 50% at higher temperature+40 ℃, and higher relative temperature is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% at+20 ℃;

◆ The air is clean, free of corrosive and explosive gases, conductive and dust that can damage the insulation:

◆ For vertical installation without obvious shaking and impact vibration, the inclination shall not be greater than 5 degrees;

◆ The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters;

◆ The switch cabinet is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: - 25 ℃ to+55 ℃, and not more than+70 ℃ in a short time (not more than 24 hours);

◆ If the user cannot meet the above conditions, he shall consult with the manufacturer.

Structural features

GCK's basic cabinet frame is a combined assembly structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized and sprayed with plastic. They are connected to each other by fastening screws to form a basic cabinet frame. The door, baffle, partition, drawer, mounting bracket, bus and electrical components are added as required to form a complete control center cabinet. The cabinet structure has the following characteristics:

◆ Cabinet frame

The cabinet frame is assembled with C profile. The cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body.

◇ The forming size, opening size and equipment spacing of parts shall be modular (modulus E=20mm, the same below).

◇ The internal structural parts are galvanized.

◇ The top cover of the cabinet is removable, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

◇ The cabinet frame is divided into three mutually isolated sections: bus room, functional unit room and cable room, which can prevent the spread of accidents.

◆ Functional unit (drawer part)

◇ The height module of drawer unit is 200mm, which is divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of unit circuit is 630 A and below. (See the figure above for appearance).

◇ Each MCC cabinet can be installed with 9 1 unit drawers or 18 1/2 unit drawers.

◇ The operating mechanism is mechanically interlocked with the drawer. When the main switch is in the closing position, the drawer cannot be pulled out.

◇ The operating mechanism of the drawer can be locked in the closing or opening position with a padlock, which can safely carry out the maintenance of electrical equipment.

◇ The back of the functional unit has the main circuit inlet and outlet plug and auxiliary circuit secondary plug.

◇ Functional unit compartments are separated by metal partitions.

◇ The drawer unit adopts a rotary propulsion mechanism with three-position function and simple and reliable operation.

◇ The GCK drawer pushing mechanism adopts the spiral track moving along the positioning piece to realize the function unit pushing and pulling out. During the function unit pushing and pulling out, it realizes the three-position display and mechanical interlocking, and is equipped with a microswitch. The electrical interlocking can be carried out during the test position.

Installation and use

After the product arrives at the receiving place, it is necessary to check whether the package is intact. In case of any problem, it is necessary to notify the relevant departments of the contract in time to make business records, analyze the reasons together, and make a visa, and deal with it after reconciliation.

For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in a proper place and properly stored according to normal use conditions and temporary storage regulations for electrical equipment.

◆ The installation of products should be carried out according to the installation diagram. The foundation channel steel and the bolts used for bolt fixation shall be prepared by the user. When the main bus is connected, if the surface is uneven due to transportation, storage and other reasons, it should be leveled before connecting and fastening.

◆ When the equipment is installed separately or in rows, its perpendicularity and the deviation of the cabinet surface unevenness and the gap between cabinets shall comply with the provisions in Table 1.

◆ Inspection and test after installation and before putting into operation.

◇ Check whether the cabinet surface paint or other covering materials (such as plastic spraying) are damaged, whether the cabinet is dry and clean, and whether the installation screws of each part are loose.

◇ Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible and free from jamming or excessive operating force.

◇ Whether the main electrical appliances are reliable and accurate.

◇ The drawer or draw-out mechanism shall be flexible, portable and free from jamming and collision.

◇ The center line of the dynamic and static contacts of the drawer or draw-out structure should be consistent, and the contact should be tight. The insertion depth of main and auxiliary contacts shall meet the requirements. The mechanical interlocking or electrical interlocking device shall act correctly, and the locking or unlocking shall be reliable.

◇ Drawers with the same primary scheme, secondary principle and drawer size shall be easily interchangeable without jamming and collision.

◇ When replacing the fuse core of the fuse, it should meet the requirements of the engineering design.

◇ The setting value of protection shall be set correctly according to the actual load. ◇ The insulation resistance measured with a 1000V megger shall not be less than 10M Ω.

◇ The connection of each bus shall be good, and the insulation support, installation parts and other accessories shall be installed firmly and reliably.

◆ Precautions for use

◇ The equipment is a low-voltage distribution cabinet that is not installed against the wall, operated in front and maintained on both sides. Only qualified personnel can enter or open the maintenance access and door of the cabinet for operation, inspection and maintenance.

◇ After connecting the cables, the bottom of the switch cabinet should be closed to prevent small animals from climbing into the cabinet and causing short circuit accidents.

◇ The air circuit breaker and molded case circuit breaker will be partially burned and produce carbon substances after many times of opening and closing, especially after short circuit opening and closing, which will increase the contact resistance. Maintenance and repair should be carried out according to the circuit breaker operating instructions.

◇ After installation and maintenance, the isolation between compartments and functional units must be strictly checked to ensure the good functional separation of the device and prevent the expansion of fault.

◆ Operation of drawer

◇ Operation of 1/2 unit drawer

The operating mechanism of the drawer is composed of a rotating part, a rotating shaft, a lock catch, etc., and has the functions of opening and closing, testing, isolation and locking of the switch. The operating mechanism is also equipped with a microswitch for electrical locking.

I Working position: the main switch is closed, the main circuit and control circuit are connected, and the functional unit is locked. (O) Opening position: the main switch is opened, the control circuit is connected, and the functional unit is locked.

Test position: the main switch is opened, the main circuit is disconnected, the control circuit is connected, and the functional unit is locked.

Isolation position: draw out the drawer for 30mm. The main and control circuits are isolated and disconnected, and the drawer is locked.

Drawout position: the main circuit and control circuit are disconnected, and the drawer can be pulled out at will.

The operating handle can be turned from (O) position to (I) position after being pressed down for 6 mm.

Working process: the drawer can be pushed or pulled out only when it is in the extraction position (). After turning 45 ° counterclockwise, the drawer can reach the isolation position automatically when it is pulled out (). In good time

The needle rotates 45 ° to reach the test position (). Turn it clockwise for another 45 ° to reach the switch off position (O). Press the handle down 6mm and turn it clockwise for 90 °, then the switch is closed,

If you need to exit, proceed in reverse order. If necessary, a padlock can be added on the operating handle at the opening, test and isolation positions of the main switch for safety protection.

◇ Operation of unit and above drawers

Test: the main switch is opened, the main circuit is disconnected, the control circuit is connected, and the functional unit is locked. Separation: main switch is off, main circuit is off, control circuit is off, drawer

Pull out at will. Connection: the main circuit plug-in and control circuit plug-in can be switched on and off, and the functional unit is locked. l: The circuit breaker is closed; O: The circuit breaker opens.

Operating instructions: adjust the drawer pushing mechanism to the "separation" position, use the "hexagonal operating handle" to turn clockwise to the "connection" position, turn the operating handle clockwise for 90 °, and the circuit breaker will be closed; The opening operation sequence is opposite to that above.

Note: 1. The circuit breaker cannot be closed when the propulsion mechanism is in the test position and the separation position.

2. The propulsion mechanism cannot be operated when the switch is in the closing position.

◆ Unlock mechanism

There is a round hole at the lower right corner of the drawer of unit 1 and above, which is the unlocking mechanism of the drawer door. When the drawer pushing mechanism is in the connection position and the switch handle is in the "O" position, pull out the small cover first

Then insert a small screwdriver into the hole and move the latch downward to open the door. After closing the door, be sure to cover the small plastic cover, otherwise the original protection grade will be damaged.

◆ The installation of GCK series switch cabinet is not vertical to the wall, and its back is the outlet cable trench of the cabinet body.
