S11-M-30~2500/20-10 fully sealed oil-immersed transformer is applicable to the power system with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 10kV, 20kV and below, as a distribution transformer for oil, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry and other enterprises and places with large dust.

◇ The iron core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity grain orientation. The iron core is a core type iron core with full inclined seam overlapping iron core. The iron core column is a circular section of multi-step steps, and the iron yoke and iron core are of equal section.

◇ The winding winding adopts corrugated oil channel, non-painting process, and tight band binding; The windings are all concentric coils: the high-voltage winding has a tap corresponding to the tap voltage requirements, which is led to the tap switch. The switch is installed on the box cover, and can realize the voltage transfer of 10kV and 20kV and change the tap voltage after the power supply is cut off.

◇ Safety protection device 30~2000kVA transformer is equipped with pressure relief valve; Gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements;

◇ The oil temperature measuring device transformer is equipped with a tube holder of a glass thermometer, which is located on the top of the oil tank and extends 120 ± 10mm into the oil; 1000-2000kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;

◇ Transformer oil tank The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls, the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is firm. Corrugated heat sink not only has cooling function, but also has "breathing" function. The elasticity of corrugated heat sink can compensate for the change of transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil conservator, which reduces the overall height of the transformer; The vacuum oil filling process is adopted for the transformer during packaging to remove the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil does not contact with the air. Effectively prevent oxygen and moisture from entering the transformer, resulting in the possibility of transformer insulation performance degradation and transformer oil aging, so oil sample test shall be conducted irregularly;
