In the announcement issued by the State Administration of Market Regulation, the State supervision and spot check of product quality in 2020 should adhere to the people-oriented and problem-oriented, unify production and circulation, online and offline supervision, highlight the spot check of products that people care about and whose quality and safety level has declined, and focus on the detection of indicators related to human health and personal and property safety.

The spot check plan includes 131 products in total. Among them, there are 15 kinds of daily use and textiles, 30 kinds of electronic and electrical products, 16 kinds of light industrial products, 19 kinds of construction and decoration materials, 2 kinds of agricultural production materials, 20 kinds of machinery and security products, 7 kinds of electrical and material products, and 22 kinds of food-related products.

Among the 30 kinds of electronic appliances planned to be supervised and checked, there are 22 kinds of household appliances, including refrigerators, room air conditioners, household electric washing machines, water storage electric water heaters, heat pump water heaters (heaters), etc; There are 5 kinds of electronic products, including power adapter, active speaker, color TV, LCD display and mobile power supply (); There are three kinds of lighting sources and lamps: fixed general lamps, LED control devices and self-ballasted LED lamps.

Among the 16 light industrial products that are planned to be supervised and checked, there are three kinds of domestic gas appliances: domestic gas fast water heaters, domestic gas stoves, and gas heating water heaters.

Among the two agricultural means of production planned for supervision and spot check, in addition to compound fertilizer, there are also pump products as agricultural machinery.

Among the 20 kinds of machinery and security products planned to be supervised and checked, there are 9 kinds of vehicle-related products, including vehicle urea aqueous solution, motor vehicle brake fluid, external lighting and light signal devices of motor vehicles, motorcycle passenger helmet, car seat belt, car tires, car interior materials, car brake linings and brake hoses; There are three kinds of explosion-proof electrical products: explosion-proof electrical appliances, explosion-proof motors and explosion-proof lamps; There are two kinds of labor protection articles: electric insulating shoes and toe safety (protective) shoes; There are also 6 kinds of safety technology protection products, including electronic door locks, locks, RMB discriminators, hazardous chemical packaging (steel drums), hazardous chemical packaging (metal drums, cans), and hazardous chemical packaging (aerosol packaging).

Among the 7 kinds of electrician and material products planned to be supervised and checked, there are 4 kinds of low-voltage electrical appliances and electrical accessories, including residual current operated circuit breakers for household and similar purposes, overcurrent protection circuit breakers for household and similar places, distribution boards, extension cable sockets (with power adapters); There are also wire ropes, rubber sealing products and wires and cables.

The State Administration of Market Supervision will publicly release the results of the national supervision and random inspection of product quality to the public, and deal with violations of product quality according to law. While carrying out the national supervision and spot check as planned, the State Administration of Market Supervision will also adjust the plan content as appropriate according to the actual situation of the work, and organize special supervision and spot check on products out of the plan.
